About Me

I believe that developing a strong and supportive therapeutic relationship is essential for successful therapy outcomes. Building trust and creating a safe space where you feel accepted and understood is the foundation for our work together. Through empathy and warmth, I aim to establish a connection with you that will allow us to explore your difficulties and work towards improving your well-being.

In therapy, it is important for you to feel safe and supported as this will enable you to open up and share your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without fear of judgment. By creating an environment where you feel comfortable and respected, we can work together to address the challenges you are facing and make positive changes in your life.

I believe that the working alliance between us is crucial in the therapeutic process. This alliance is based on mutual respect, understanding, and collaboration. By working together, we can identify your goals for therapy and develop a plan to help you achieve them. As an integrative therapist, I am able to draw on a variety of therapeutic approaches to meet your unique needs and preferences.

Exploring your past experiences, especially those from childhood, can provide valuable insights into how your early relationships have shaped your current patterns of thinking and behavior. By understanding these underlying dynamics, we can work towards resolving any past traumas or conflicts that may be impacting your present difficulties.

Walking Therapy

A new service offered. Having therapy in the countryside without the constraints of a normal therapy setting.

I believe in the benefits of being in nature and enjoying the countryside. Just getting out and going for a long 50 minute Walk can work wonders on your mood but also on a sense of achievement.

Interventions, Drug and Alcohol Addiction.

I offer an intervention service where we can arrange a time for loved one’s to get together with the Addict / Alcoholic and tell them how their behaviour has affected the family.

This can be very powerful and in turn shows them with love and support that there is a possible way out.

I can work with the family in achieving a quick transition into treatment. I have close relationships with a number of Uk treatment centres and also in Thailand, America and South Africa.

Face to Face Psychotherapy

As an Integrative Psychotherapist, I have the unique opportunity to draw from many different schools of therapy in my approach to helping my clients. However, I do believe and work in a more psychodynamic way, as I firmly believe that we are a product of our pasts. Our childhoods and past experiences shape who we are today, and by exploring these difficult experiences and feelings, we can work through them and let go of the regrets and residue that continue to impact our lives.

Therapy is an investment, both in time and money, and I am committed to helping my clients achieve the goals they have set for themselves and find greater happiness and fulfillment in their lives. I understand that therapy can be challenging and difficult, but I believe that by working together and being there for my clients every step of the way, we can navigate through these challenges and come out stronger on the other side.

I see my role as a therapist as a supportive and guiding presence in my client’s journey towards healing and self-discovery. I am here to listen, to offer guidance, and to help my clients explore and understand their pasts in order to move forward in a more positive and productive way. By working together, we can uncover the root causes of our struggles and develop healthy coping mechanisms to overcome them.
